Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to establish a three-year panel of qualified contractors to provide Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC), and refrigeration services. The contractors should possess the necessary expertise and capacity to handle multiple sites within the municipality, ensuring efficient and reliable HVAC and refrigeration services across various locations.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Provision of HVAC and refrigeration services for multiple sites within uMlAlazi Municipality over a three-year period.
• Engagement of contractors with a CIDB grading of 2 ME or higher.
• Participation in a panel arrangement to facilitate ongoing service delivery.

Technical Requirements
