UNIVERSITY OF KWAZULU NATAL INVITES TENDERS FOR APPOINTMENT OF A PANEL OF CONTRACTORS FOR HVAC
REPAIRS AND INSTALLATION WITH A CIDB GRADING OF 5ME OR HIGHER FOR A PERIOD OF 3 YEARS, FOR THE
UNIVERSITY OF KWAZULUNATAL.
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 5ME or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who Have a CIDB grading of 5ME or higher
Only tenderers who Have a CIDB grading of 5ME or higher are eligible to submit tenders.
A non-refundable tender deposit of R1,000.00 payable by proof of deposit is required on collection of the Tender documents.
Bid documents (available in English only) are obtainable from Monday, 12 February 2024 until Friday 16 February 2024, at
15H30 by request to Aphiwe Madinga at [email protected], with a proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of R1000

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at Via Zoom on 19 February 2024 starting at
10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Monday, February 26, 2024.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
