Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure grass cutting equipment and full accessories for the Environment & Waste Management Unit of the Matatiele Local Municipality. The goal is to ensure the supply, delivery, and assembly of quality grass cutting tools that meet specified standards, with branding and branding branding requirements, within a specified timeframe, to support municipal environmental management activities.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Supply and delivery of grass cutting equipment and accessories as per detailed specifications.
• Assembly and branding of equipment with municipal logos.
• Delivery within 10 days from contract award.
• Provision of samples for specification verification prior to delivery.
• Compliance with local content and procurement policies.

Skills and Qualification Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate:

• Experience in supplying similar equipment and accessories, with references for past projects.
• Compliance with local content and manufacturing standards, including certification of local production and content.
• Ability to deliver within the specified timeframe and provide samples for quality assurance.
• Proper registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Provision of all statutory and statutory declarations, including tax clearance certificates and declarations of interest.
• Understanding of procurement policies, including preference point systems and ethical standards.
