Scope

The contract encompasses comprehensive mechanical system upkeep, including preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, corrective repairs, and system optimization across the designated health facility. Work activities are confined to mechanical engineering disciplines, with specific focus on HVAC and refrigeration plant. The procurement process mandates strict adherence to submission protocols, mandatory attendance at a compulsory clarification meeting, and full compliance with provincial public sector contracting regulations.

  • Capacity to independently execute HVAC/R diagnostics, servicing, and repairs without reliance on external specialists for core tasks.

This credential legally permits the holder to install, service, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration equipment in compliance with national safety and environmental standards.

BOQ: Bill of Quantities, a standardized document itemizing all required materials, labor hours, equipment, and ancillary costs for accurate pricing and contract execution.

Joint Ventures, Consortia and Subcontracting:

Most large tenders are composed of tasks in a number of different fields, and it is not always possible for a single company to cater for all of them, and therefore Joint Ventures and Consortia are formed to then submit a tender together.

Government tenders are also requiring the subcontracting of a percentage of the tender work, and the trouble is then finding Subcontractors to comply with the tender requirements

To assist companies with finding tender partners and subcontractors, you can now submit your contact details and company information on this page, so other interested parties can contact you for purposes of forming Joint Ventures and subcontracting

You will need to supply your details on every tender you are interested in tendering for. For this you need an active Business Listing - Register and Login at My Account to create a Business Listing
