The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. 2.1 A Certificate of Attendance in the form set out in Section 7 hereto must be completed and submitted with your Proposal as proof of attendance is required for a compulsory site meeting and/or RFQ briefing. 2.2 Respondents failing to attend the compulsory RFQ briefing will be disqualified.
