TRANSNET PROPERTY JOHANNESBURG INVITES TENDERS FOR PROVIDE PREVENTATIVE, CORRECTIVE AND
EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE AS AND WHEN REQUIRED FOR HVAC, AIR-CONDITIONING, REFRIGERATION AND CONTROLS
INSTALLATIONS PLUS MINOR NEW WORKS IN THE WESTERN CAPE REGION (BELLVILLE, WORCESTER AND
SURROUNDING AREA WITHIN A RADIUS OF 250KM FOR A PERIOD OF 36 MONTHS
It is estimated that tenderers should have a cidb contractor grading of 3ME or higher.
Preferences are offered to tenderers who CIDB 2ME Grade OR Higher
Only tenderers who 1. Submit valid letter of Good Standing (COID-A) from Department of Labour and Employment or its agencies.
2. Submit certified copy of Trade test of the A/C Technician.
3. Submit valid certified copy of SAQCCGAS License.
4. Submit proof of registration as an HVAC contractor with Department of Labour. are eligible to submit tenders.

A compulsory clarification meeting with representitives of the Employer will take place at 2nd Floor Boardroom, Transnet Park Building,
Robert Sobukwe Road, Bellville on 24 October 2023 starting at 10h00.
The closing time for receipt of Tenders is 12h00 on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
Emailed and Late Tenders will not be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued.
