Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to engage a service provider for the distribution of newsletters and ad hoc material on behalf of the City of Cape Town. The successful tenderer will be responsible for ensuring the timely and secure dissemination of these materials to the intended recipients.

Scope

The scope of the project includes:

• Distribution of newsletters and ad hoc materials as specified by the City of Cape Town.
• Handling both regular and one-off distribution tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant procurement and statutory regulations.
• Managing the logistics of material collection and delivery within the specified timeframe.

Technical Requirements

The tenderer must demonstrate the ability to:

• Distribute printed and/or electronic newsletters and materials efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of distribution and recipient details.
• Ensure secure handling and delivery of materials.
• Comply with the City of Cape Town’s distribution protocols and security procedures.
• Operate within the designated collection and drop-off points, specifically the Civic Centre’s Tender & Quotation Boxes Office on the 2nd floor, Concourse Level.
