The University of Pretoria operates across seven distinct campuses, namely Hatfield, Groenkloof, Prinshof, Onderstepoort, Mamelodi, Hillcrest (comprising the Sports Campus, Innovation Africa, and UP Residences) including the Illovo campus. These campuses collectively span an extensive area of approximately 1,200 hectares, featuring a remarkable 737 buildings. The gross floor area of these buildings encompasses 1 028 931 square meters, with an assigned floor area of 664,524 square meters. Daily cleaning of more than 2 628 toilets and 1 014 urinals. 1.1 The university invites proposals from prospective suppliers/manufacturers to provide and distribute environmentally, friendly cleaning materials and consumables complying with the OHS Act 85 of 1993 and other relevant regulations. 1.2 The objective is to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of various facilities across our campuses which includes, but is not limited to lecture halls, offices, laboratories, kitchens, libraries, open areas, and other relevant areas. 1.3 Cleaning requirements a diverse range of surfaces, including walls, various flooring types (Terrazzo, Terracotta, Vinyl, Marble, Tiles, Wood, and Carpets), furniture, chairs, bathrooms, toilet fixtures, urinals, basins, taps, showers and more. Additionally, the service provider will be expected to provide comprehensive continuous training to UP staff members on the effective usage of cleaning materials throughout a three-year (36-month) tender period. VAT Registration: Copy of VAT registration certificate. In the abscence of VAT Registration provide a letter with reasons for not being registered for VAT

Proxy: Proxy : Attach a director’s resolution or proxy, authorizing the signatory on the tender documents on behalf of the Service Provider if applicable

Audited Financial Statements: Audited Financial Statements for the two previous financial years
