Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure 14 single-sided telescopic banners with cases to create awareness for children's campaigns and other health-related initiatives within the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health. The banners are intended to be used as promotional and informational tools to support health promotion activities.

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Procurement of 14 single-sided telescopic banners with cases.
• Specifications include banners approximately 3 meters in weight, 700 mm wide, made of polyester fabric with full-color printing, and equipped with telescopic fibre glass poles and spike for stability.
• The banners must come with sturdy, fade-resistant fabric and a black canvas carry case with a handle.
• The delivery location is the KwaZulu-Natal Department of Health, Central Supply Chain Management offices at 310 Jabu Ndlovu Street, Pietermaritzburg.
• The contract is a once-off purchase with a validity period of 90 days for the quotation.

Technical Requirements

• Fabric: Polyester, printed in full color.
• Size: Approximately 3 meters in height and 700 mm in width.
• Poles: Telescopic, made of fibre glass, with spike for anchoring.
• Case: Black canvas bag with carry handle, fade-resistant and sturdy.
• Design: Full-color printing, with the text "LET'S DO IT" and images such as exercising persons, logos at the bottom reading "FITNESS CLUB".
• Compliance with specified quality standards, including fade resistance and durability.
