Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to solicit quotations from qualified service providers to implement an Indigent Awareness Campaign for the Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality. The campaign aims to raise awareness among indigent communities and promote municipal support initiatives.

Scope

The scope includes the provision of catering services, promotional materials, and sound system hire for the campaign event. Specific items required are:

• Catering for 200 persons, including specific food and beverage items.
• Production of branded backpacks with specified dimensions and quality standards.
• Hiring of sound system with DJ and microphone for the event.

The campaign activities are scheduled to be conducted at the municipality’s designated locations, with all services and materials aligned with the specifications provided in the tender documentation.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Provision of catering with specified menu items and quantities.
• Production of backpacks with dimensions of 48cm height and 30cm width, featuring main and front compartments, zipper openings, haul loop, and municipal logo, of standard quality.
• Sound system rental that includes DJ services and microphone setup.

All promotional materials must be branded with the municipal logo and meet the quality standards outlined in the specifications.
