The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified professional valuer to conduct a formal property valuation report for the property located at 10 Queens Road, Parktown, Johannesburg, Gauteng. The valuation aims to support the lease arrangements and address infrastructure and operational challenges faced by the NHLS at its current facility.

The project is part of NHLS's broader initiative to relocate from an aging facility to a new location approximately 950 meters away, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and capacity for expansion.
