The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to manage and deliver comprehensive event management services for the opening ceremony of Project Owethu. The event aims to accommodate approximately 1,500 attendees with various logistical and hospitality arrangements, including seating, sound, staging, decoration, VIP catering, and lunch packs.
