• CSD Registration: The Central Supplier Database is a national repository managed by the National Treasury. It serves as the official verification platform for all government suppliers, confirming tax compliance, banking details, and legal registration status before contracting.
• MBD4 Form: A standardized municipal declaration form mandated in South African public procurement. It requires bidders to formally declare the absence of conflicts of interest, bid rigging, fraud, or corrupt practices involving the bidder, its directors, or related entities.
