Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to solicit quotations from qualified service providers to implement a Community Safety Awareness Campaign for the Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality. The campaign aims to enhance community safety through various activities and services as specified in the scope of work.

Scope

The scope includes the provision of catering services (VIP lunch, high tea, lunch packs, water), transportation, event equipment (chair covers, tables, sound system), and other related event logistics for the community safety campaign. The campaign involves activities across all 32 wards and requires comprehensive event management and support services.

Technical Requirements

• Download and adhere to the Terms of Reference available on the municipal website.
• Submit all mandatory documents, including original municipal documents, tax PIN printout, company registration, JV agreement (if applicable), certified IDs, and compulsory MBD forms (1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9).
• Ensure all documents are certified copies not older than three months.
• Provide detailed quotations on the original municipal request documentation, including itemized costs for catering, transport, and event equipment.
• Comply with the submission deadline and process, submitting quotations via email to [email protected] before the closing date.

Skills Requirements

• Experience in event management and coordination for community campaigns.
• Proven capability to provide catering and logistical support for large-scale community events.
