Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitable contractor for the maintenance and repairs of HVAC and air-conditioning systems at various facilities within the AmaJuba District Service. The project duration is set for three months, and the tender aims to select the highest scoring acceptable bid based on predefined criteria.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of maintenance, servicing, and repair services for HVAC and air-conditioning systems at multiple facilities within the AmaJuba District.
• Completion of all work within a three-month period.
• Submission of fully priced Bills of Quantities and all relevant documentation.
• Verification of artisan qualifications, specifically CVs with Trade Test Certificates and at least five years of post-qualification experience in HVAC or refrigeration repairs.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that:

• Tenders must satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined in the Tender Data.
• All tender submissions must be properly completed and received by the specified closing date and time.
• Use of correction fluid is prohibited; all entries must be legible and non-erasable.
• Submissions must include a fully priced Bills of Quantities and relevant supporting documents.
• Attaching CVs with Trade Test Certificates and proof of at least five years of relevant experience is mandatory, subject to verification.

Skills Requirements

The tenderer must demonstrate:

• Qualified artisans with Trade Test Certificates in HVAC or refrigeration repairs.
• At least five years of post-qualification tangible experience in HVAC and refrigeration maintenance and repairs.
• Capability to complete the scope of work within the specified timeframe.
