The primary objective of this tender is to select a reputable service provider to supply and install decor for the Mayoral Imbizo event scheduled for 19 May 2026. The aim is to ensure a visually appealing and suitable environment that aligns with the event's significance and the municipality's branding and community engagement goals.
The scope of work includes providing decor for the Mayoral Imbizo at Shayamoya Sports Field, Ward 10, on 2 June 2026. It encompasses stage decor and draping in municipal colours, floor decor with plants, chair covers, trestle and round tables with black tablecloths, red carpets, and gas heaters with cylinders. The scope also involves the setup, arrangement, and dismantling of all decor items as specified in the scope of works.
