Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider for the supply, delivery, and installation of electrical fencing systems within the Molemole Local Municipality’s jurisdiction. Scope

The scope covers the end-to-end provision and installation of electrical fences. Technical Requirements

• Maintain an up-to-date Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration, verified between the advertisement and closing dates.

• Submit fully signed and completed MBD 9 forms and Declaration of Interest forms.
• Present quotations on official company letterheads, with pricing valid for fourteen days from the offer date.
• Achieve a minimum functionality score of 80% to qualify for price evaluation.
• Demonstrate a commitment to skills transfer as part of service delivery.
• Incomplete quotations or missing mandatory documentation will result in immediate disqualification.

Skills Requirements

• Detailed Curriculum Vitae for key personnel, demonstrating a minimum of three years’ practical experience in electrical work.
• Certified copy of an N3 qualification or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• Certified copy of either an Installation Electrical (Wireman’s) License or a Master Electrician License.
