  • Demonstrate support or accreditation from reputable bodies such as Ethics Institute of South Africa (EthicsSA), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Compliance Institute SA, or Institute of Risk Management South Africa.

Skills and Qualification Requirements

The bidder must demonstrate:

  • Support or accreditation with recognized professional bodies related to ethics, internal audit, compliance, or risk management.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in conducting comprehensive Ethics Risk Assessments or similar projects.
  • Provision of at least five (5) valid reference letters, with a minimum of three from Schedule 3A public entities, confirming relevant experience.
  • A project team comprising a minimum of two members, including a project lead who must be a certified ethics officer supported by a valid subscription with EthicsSA.
  • Relevant expertise, skills, and experience of the project team, with CVs and proof of certification attached.
