Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitably accredited service provider to deliver a program on Ethics in a work environment, aligned with Unit Standard 113924. The program aims to enhance learners' understanding of ethical behavior, values, and conflict resolution within the workplace, specifically targeting SCM staff.

• Provision of a training program on Ethics in a work environment.

• Training delivery in English over a duration of 2.5 days.
• Training targeted at 9 SCM staff members.
• Certification of delegates upon successful completion.
• Submission of SETA accreditation certificate as proof of provider competency.
