Bid documents can be obtained from the Supply Chain Management Unit, 1ST floor, Plein Street , Stellenbosch 08h00 and 15:00. A non-refundable fee of R50-00 is payable to Stellenbosch Municipality. Alternatively, the bid documents can be downloaded from our website at www.stellenbosch.gov.za by following the Supply Chain Management link.

The primary objective of this tender is to procure the supply and delivery of clear recycling bags to support Stellenbosch Municipality's waste management and recycling initiatives. The aim is to promote environmental sustainability, waste minimisation, and enhance recycling participation through the provision of standardized recycling bags for household collection programs.
The scope includes the manufacturing, supply, and delivery of clear recycling bags that meet specified standards and specifications. The bags are intended for use within the municipality’s waste collection and recycling programs, with specific requirements such as branding/logo placement and use of recycled plastic material. The successful bidder must provide bags that comply with the technical specifications outlined in the tender documentation.
