The primary objective of this tender is to procure 120,000 red garbage bags measuring 560mm x 610mm with a thickness of 32 microns, suitable for medical waste removal at Port Shepstone Hospital. The procurement aims to ensure the hospital has a reliable supply of compliant, high-quality waste disposal bags that meet specified standards and specifications.
The scope includes the supply and delivery of the specified quantity of red polythene garbage bags to Port Shepstone Hospital’s SCM Department at No. 7 Bazley Street, Port Shepstone, within the contractual period. The bags must conform to detailed specifications, including size, thickness, color, bonding, and packaging requirements, and must be delivered during office hours (07:30 to 15:00) on weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
