Enquiries Procuring Entity : UShaka Marine World
The primary objective of this tender is to invite quotations from qualified service providers for the hiring of functions equipment on an as-and-when-required basis. The aim is to secure suitable suppliers who can provide a range of event-related equipment to support uShaka Marine World’s functions department for the period from 22 October 2025 to 30 June 2026.
The scope encompasses the provision of various equipment items necessary for functions and events at uShaka Marine World. This includes catering equipment, tables, chairs, glassware, serving utensils, and other event essentials as specified in the technical requirements. The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying the equipment as needed for different events and for collecting the equipment after use.
The technical specifications include, but are not limited to, the following equipment:
All items listed must be quoted on in full; partial quotations will lead to disqualification. The equipment must be delivered to uShaka Marine World and collected after the event period.
