Objectives

The primary objective of the tender is to solicit quotations from qualified service providers to implement an Indigent Awareness Campaign for the Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality. The campaign aims to raise awareness about municipal indigent services and promote access to basic municipal services for indigent residents.

Scope

The scope includes the planning, organization, and execution of an awareness campaign that involves activities such as distribution of promotional materials, provision of catering services, and hiring of equipment like gazebos, umbrellas, sound systems, and other promotional items. The campaign activities are detailed in the specifications, including catering for 300 people, distribution of reflectors, water bottles, name tags, and other promotional items, as well as logistical arrangements like hiring gazebos, chairs, tables, and sound systems.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of catering services including lunch with specified menu items and beverages for 300 participants.
• Production and distribution of promotional items such as reflectors, water bottles, name tags, umbrellas, sun hats, and USB drives, all branded with the municipal logo.
• Provision of infrastructure including a sky-blue and white gazebo with municipal branding, foldable plastic tables, heavy-duty chairs, and portable exhibition chairs.
• Hiring of sound system with DJ and microphone for campaign activities.
• All items must meet the specifications outlined in the tender, including quantities and branding requirements.

Skills Requirements
