Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to solicit quotations for travel services, specifically accommodation in Tshimbupfe, Limpopo, to support departmental needs. Scope

The scope includes providing accommodation services at 3-star guesthouses in Taung, North West, and Tshimbupfe, Limpopo, including breakfast. The accommodation is required for specific check-in and check-out dates (07 November 2025 to 08 November 2025). The tender also encompasses administrative and compliance requirements, evaluation procedures, and contractual obligations related to travel accommodation services.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of accommodation at 3-star guesthouses with breakfast included.
• Completion of the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) or specifications as per the RFQ.
• Submission of valid compliance documents such as municipal statements, COIDA certificates, JV agreements (if applicable), and regulatory requirements.
• Adherence to the specified check-in and check-out dates.
• Delivery of services must be completed before official orders are received.
• Compliance with evaluation criteria, including price and BBBEE status.

Skills Requirements

• Ability to provide compliant accommodation services as per specifications.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and compliance documentation.
• Understanding of contractual obligations and service delivery standards.
• Capacity to respond within stipulated timelines, including responding to RFQ requests within seven days if requested.
• Proficiency in completing and submitting required forms such as MBD 1, MBD 3.1, MBD 4, MBD 6.1, MBD 8, and MBD 9.
• Ability to demonstrate tax compliance and supply chain management practices.
