The primary objective of this tender is to construct and increase the space available for Post-doctoral researchers at the PCDDP, Building G10, on the Potchefstroom Campus of North-West University. The project aims to facilitate better facilities and environment for post-doctoral activities through alterations and upgrades.
The scope of work includes:
Contractors must demonstrate the ability to undertake works involving alterations, joinery, flooring, aluminium work, plumbing, painting, electrical, and air-conditioning. The project requires adherence to relevant building standards and safety regulations, with a CIDB grading of 6GB or higher.
