Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for the packing, safe transportation, and unpacking of various office and laboratory equipment in accordance with specified requirements and attached lists. The goal is to ensure the secure handling and delivery of sensitive equipment to NHLS Karl Bremer Lab, maintaining integrity and compliance with technical specifications.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Packing of office and lab equipment as per attached specifications/list.
• Safe transportation of the packed equipment to the designated NHLS Karl Bremer Lab location.
• Unpacking and installation at the specified site.
• Adherence to all technical and safety standards outlined in the specifications.

The services cover the entire process from packing at the source to unpacking at the destination, ensuring equipment safety and integrity throughout.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Compliance with the specifications and list attached in the RFQ documentation.
• Use of appropriate packing materials and methods suitable for sensitive office and laboratory equipment.
• Transportation in vehicles compliant with safety and handling standards.
• Unpacking and positioning of equipment as per site requirements.
• Adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards during all phases of handling and transportation.
• Provision of all necessary resources, labor, and supervision to complete the scope of work.
