The primary objective of this tender is to procure and supply IT hardware equipment and related services to Stellenbosch Municipality, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and procurement policies. The goal is to acquire reliable, high-quality hardware to support municipal operations and services.
The scope encompasses the supply, delivery, and potential installation of a wide range of IT hardware components, including cables, storage devices, peripherals, networking equipment, and accessories. The procurement covers various items such as HDMI cables, flash drives, keyboards, mice, headphones, speakers, external drives, chargers, and other related IT hardware, with specified quantities and technical requirements.
