Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a service provider capable of supplying and delivering banners and gazebos branded with the uMshwathi Traffic Logo, suitable for long-term exposure to sunlight. The goal is to ensure the provision of quality branded items that meet the municipality’s specifications and safety standards.

Scope

The scope of work includes the supply and delivery of the following branded items:

• 2 Gazebos (6m x 3m) with heavy-duty steel frames, water-resistant canvas, and branding
• 8 Directors Chairs (lightweight, aluminium and canvas, branded)
• 4 Folding Tables (1800mm, suitable for indoor and outdoor use, branded)
• 5 Fabric Tables (branded, lightweight, washable)
• 2 Horizontal Pop-up Banners (double-sided, branded)
• 2 Telescopic Flying Banners (3m, branded, with poles, ground spikes, and bags)
• 2 Sharkfin Flying Banners (3m, branded, with poles and ground spikes)
• 1 Straight Slimline Wall Banner (landscape, branded, aluminium frame)
• 1 Portable Rechargeable Banner with wireless microphone and speakers, branded

All items must be branded with the uMshwathi Traffic Logo and designed for durability under sunlight exposure.

Technical Requirements

• Items must be branded with the uMshwathi Traffic Logo
• Materials should be durable and suitable for long-term outdoor exposure to sunlight
• Gazebos must have a heavy-duty steel frame and water-resistant canvas
• Chairs and tables should be lightweight, portable, and capable of supporting specified weights
• Banners and flags must be double-sided, quick to set up, and include appropriate poles and ground spikes
• Wall banners should be landscape-oriented with aluminium frames
• Portable banners must include rechargeable power sources, wireless microphones, and speakers
• All branding and branding materials must meet the specifications provided by the municipality

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience in manufacturing and supplying branded outdoor event equipment and signage
• Ability to produce durable, weather-resistant banners and gazebos suitable for outdoor exposure
• Technical expertise in branding, including logo application on various materials
• Capability to deliver items within the specified timeframe and in accordance with safety legislation
• Experience in handling large-scale branded outdoor equipment and event setups
• Strong project management skills to coordinate delivery, branding, and installation as required
