Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to solicit quotations from qualified service providers to support and facilitate the organization of a local event, ensuring local content and participation, and adhering to municipal procurement policies.

Scope

The scope includes providing various services and resources for the event, such as:

• Hiring a frame tent (15m x 50m)
• Accommodation for 15 technical team members over 2 nights
• Hiring of 700 meters of speed fencing
• Employment of 20 car marshals
• Employment of 8 local artists

The scope also encompasses compliance with technical specifications, submission of mandatory documents, and adherence to municipal policies and procedures.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Provision of the specified items (tent, fencing, accommodation, personnel, artists) as per the detailed specifications
• Submission of all mandatory documents such as original municipal documents, tax pin printout, company registration, signed joint venture agreement (if applicable), certified ID copies, and relevant MBD forms
• Compliance with local content threshold (100%) where applicable
• Prices must be firm, inclusive of VAT, and conform to the provided quotation schedule
• Submission of quotations on the original municipal documentation before the deadline

Skills Requirements

The skills and qualifications required from service providers include:

• Proven experience in event support and logistics management
• Ability to supply and manage technical resources such as tents, fencing, and accommodation
• Employment and management of local personnel, including marshals and artists
• Compliance with municipal procurement policies and local content regulations
• Capability to provide certified documentation and meet all mandatory submission requirements
