The primary objective is to procure qualified training services for the Overberg District Municipality’s Roads Department personnel. Scope of Work

The successful bidder will deliver comprehensive theoretical and practical training aligned with the specified unit standard across three municipal depots: Swellendam, Bredasdorp, and Caledon. Key deliverables include:

• Structured training sessions tailored to road construction and maintenance environments.
• Provision of all necessary training materials, equipment, and detailed attendance registers.
• Issuance of non-expiring certificates of competence to learners who successfully demonstrate required competencies.
• Completion of all training activities by 30 October 2026.
• Training delivered in Afrikaans, English, and isiXhosa.

Bidders must specify typical group sizes, duration per session, and associated costs. Subcontracting is strictly prohibited, and the contractor bears responsibility for facilitator transport and accommodation where applicable.
