Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure a reliable service provider to supply and deliver a specified range of cleaning materials to uMgungundlovu District Municipality, ensuring the availability of essential cleaning supplies for municipal operations.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of various cleaning materials as detailed in the tender, including items such as bleach, dishwashing liquids, disinfectants, floor polish, hand soaps, furniture polish, waste bags, insect fumigation sprays, mops, cloths, brooms, and other cleaning accessories. The quantities required are specified for each item, with delivery to be made to the municipality's offices at 242 Langalibalele Street, Pietermaritzburg.

Technical Requirements

• Supply of specified cleaning materials in the quantities listed in the tender document.
• All products must meet the quality standards and specifications indicated, including brand or equivalent where specified.
