Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider with extensive experience in facilitating strategic and leadership engagements. The provider will curate and facilitate a Masterclass for Exco and Board members aimed at reviewing and refining the Business Model and Value Proposition of the City of Joburg Property Company SOC Ltd. Additionally, the service provider will assist in codifying organizational strategy, defining value propositions, and developing a leadership brand aligned with JPC values.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

  • Attaching relevant experience documentation, including CVs and reference letters, demonstrating at least 10 years of experience in strategic and leadership consulting services and 5 years in facilitating Masterclasses at Exco level.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the service provider include:

  • Experience & Qualifications:
    • Minimum of 10 years in consulting services related to strategic and leadership engagements, including development and facilitation of Masterclasses and leadership branding.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in curating and facilitating Masterclasses at Exco and Board levels.
    • Provision of CVs for the Programme Director/Lead highlighting relevant experience.
    • Submission of at least three (3) signed and dated reference letters on official letterhead, demonstrating successful execution of similar services.
  • Facilitation Skills: Ability to curate and deliver leadership Masterclasses and empower internal facilitators.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
    • Attach proof of experience, including CVs and reference letters.
    • Provide a detailed methodology and approach for facilitating the engagements.
    • Ensure compliance with all procurement, tax, and legal requirements, including valid SARS PIN, BBBEE certificates, municipal accounts, and CSD registration.
  • Pricing & Alterations: All price alterations must be signed; unsigned changes will lead to disqualification.
  • Delivery & Execution: The service provider must execute the work strictly according to the agreed specifications and within the stipulated timelines.
  • Health & Safety: Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act requirements.
