Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to design, compile, develop, and implement an interactive, web-based flipbook report. This report will transform an existing comprehensive biofuels sector report into a professional, accessible, and engaging electronic format that includes infographics, visuals, images, and interactive navigation, thereby enhancing the presentation and dissemination of information on South Africa's biofuels sector.

Scope

The scope of work includes:

• Transforming the existing SANEDI biofuels sector report into a web-based flipbook.
• Designing an interactive, visually appealing report with infographics, visuals, and images.
• Ensuring the report maintains technical integrity and provides accessible, user-friendly navigation.
• Developing the flipbook to be compatible with SANEDI’s website and accessible across devices.
• Post-launch support, including testing, deployment, and possible updates or modifications.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the project include:

• Development of a web-based, interactive flipbook report that is visually engaging and easy to navigate.
• Incorporation of infographics, visuals, images, and other visual elements to enhance understanding.
• Preservation of the technical integrity of the original report.
• Compatibility with SANEDI’s website and accessible on various devices and browsers.
