The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to design, compile, and develop an interactive, web-based flipbook report. This report will transform an existing comprehensive biofuels sector report into a professional, accessible, and visually engaging electronic format that includes infographics, visuals, images, and interactive navigation, while maintaining the technical integrity of the original report.
