The primary objective of this tender is to select a qualified service provider to conceptualise, develop, design, produce, and deliver a digital book commemorating the JDA's 25th anniversary. The project includes creating a professional digital publication that documents JDA’s history, achievements, impact, and legacy, complemented by a limited print run of at least 100 copies for stakeholder engagement.
