Skills and Documentation Requirements

• Original and valid SARS Tax Clearance Certificate (SARS PIN).
• Valid and certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, not older than three months.
• Completed and signed MBD forms (MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9).
• Provide CSD Supplier Number and Supplier Unique Number.
• Municipal rates and taxes statement in the company's or directors' name, not older than 3 months and not in arrears for more than 90 days.
• Valid CIPC registration documents.
