Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure and deliver an oil hose and a water hose to SANPC OPC, Saldanha, ensuring the supply meets specified technical and quality standards.

Scope

The scope encompasses the supply and delivery of the specified hoses as detailed in the RFQ. The supplier must provide the hoses in accordance with the specifications, submit a valid bid, and complete delivery within the stipulated timeframe.

Technical Requirements

• The hoses must meet the specifications outlined in the tender documents.
• Offers should include unconditional discounts if applicable, and disbursements not specifically priced will not be accepted.
• The supplier must demonstrate compliance with relevant standards and provide supporting evidence if requested.
• The bid must be valid for at least 60 calendar days from the closing date.
• The supplier must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) unless foreign with no local entity.
• All bids must include completed SBD1 form and relevant declarations.

Skills Requirements
