The primary objective of this tender is to appoint experienced service providers to fully plan and execute an event for ERWAT employees in celebration of their Green Drop Awards achievement. The event aims to showcase ERWAT’s technical excellence and sustainability milestones, promote transparency and fairness in procurement, and support local economic development by encouraging participation of SMMEs and disadvantaged groups.
The scope encompasses comprehensive planning and execution of the event scheduled for early July 2026 at ERWAT Head Office, Kempton Park, with approximately 500 delegates. The service provider will provide facilities, equipment, catering, entertainment, photography, and related services, including:
