Objectives

Scope of Work

• Supply and operate suitable passenger vehicles for the duration of the Mayoral Youth Dialogue event.
• Deploy licensed, professional drivers to execute scheduled pickups and drop-offs across designated locations.
• Manage route coordination, timing, and contingency planning to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
• Maintain vehicles in compliant, roadworthy condition throughout the contract period.
• Coordinate closely with municipal officials to align transport logistics with the event programme.

Technical Requirements

• Submit bids strictly using the official tender document issued by the municipality.
• Comply with the General Conditions of Tender and any applicable Special Conditions outlined in the full specification package.
• Provide original or certified copies of valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificates to substantiate claimed ratings.
• Accurately complete Annexure MBD 6.1; failure to fully complete this annexure will result in zero preference points for B-BBEE compliance.
• Submit verifiable Proof of Locality documentation to qualify for locality-based preference points.
• Deliver sealed bids clearly marked with the tender reference number to the designated municipal tender box before the stipulated deadline. Late, electronic, or faxed submissions will be rejected.

Skills Requirements
