The suppliers are requested to arrive at UJ Island at 09h00am on 25 March 2026 and we will use a boat to cross the dam, and our physical briefing session will start at 10h00am.

Suppliers must use their own transport to Vaal and UJ will provide a boat to cross the dam.

Mandatory minimum requirement for this project:

  • Service Level Agreement – please initial and return
  • ICASA License – Proof of valid ECS (Electronic Communication Service) or ECNS (Electronic Communications Network Service)

  • Stamped Bank Confirmation Letter not older than 3 months.
