Mandatory documents
  • Proof of SME status as per National Small Enterprise Act (from, e.g. Central Supplier Database (CSD) reports).
  • For individual vendors, registration as a Provisional Taxpayer.
  • Letter of proof of banking details (not older than 3 (THREE) months.
  • Company profile with relevant experience.
  • Valid tax clearance certificate as per South African regulations.
  • CIPC registration document.
  • Company registration documents.
  • Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) certificate.
  • Concise curricula vitae (one page) of each expert.
