The primary objective of this tender is to establish a 3-year framework contract with five roads maintenance contractors to undertake roads maintenance projects within Ntabankulu Municipality. The contract aims to ensure the effective construction and maintenance of specified roads, including Main Street and other designated areas, to improve infrastructure quality and service delivery.
