The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to supply, deliver, install, and commission a hybrid solar system at Midvaal Local Municipality’s Sicelo Library. The project aims to enhance the library’s energy infrastructure through sustainable energy solutions.

This is a once-off project with the successful bidder responsible for all aspects from procurement to commissioning.
