The service provider must supply high-quality organic soil conditioners and plant protectors that are approved and certified as organic products by recognized South African bodies such as SAOSO, PGS, Ecocert, AFRISCO, etc. Additionally, the provider must supply greenhouse plastics and nets for shade net-houses, ensuring all inputs have traceable registration numbers, and pesticides are properly registered with L registration numbers.
The scope of work includes the supply, delivery, and off-loading of agricultural organic inputs, which encompass:
All products must be labeled with application instructions, registration numbers, and traceability details. The inputs should be delivered to the specified location and conform to relevant standards such as SANS 1369 of 2016 or equivalent.
