The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a panel of professional services providers from the built environment sector to deliver services over a period of three (03) years for the Atlantis Special Economic Zone. The aim is to ensure the successful planning, design, management, and execution of projects within the zone, aligned with the specified terms of reference and conditions of contract.
The scope encompasses providing comprehensive professional services related to the built environment, including but not limited to infrastructure development, design, project management, and social facilitation. The services are to be delivered across various projects within the Atlantis Special Economic Zone over the three-year period, adhering to the attached Terms of Reference and conditions of contract.
