Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint service providers to deliver layout, design, branding, and printing services for a period of 36 months. The aim is to produce professionally designed and branded materials that enhance the Commission for Gender Equality’s (CGE) corporate identity, support stakeholder engagement, and facilitate public outreach activities, especially targeting audiences in rural areas with limited internet access.

Scope

The scope encompasses providing comprehensive graphic design, layout preparation, branding, and lithographical printing services. Specific deliverables include:

• A4 brochures
• Posters
• Notebooks
• Backdrop banners
• Pull-up banners
• Branded chairs, tables, and other event signage
• Annual reports (including Braille versions)
• Booklets and other reports (including Braille versions)
• Other promotional and communication materials as required

The services also include providing stock images, Braille printing, and related support services, with an emphasis on high-quality production aligned with CGE’s corporate identity manual.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements specify that:

• Design and layout must adhere to CGE’s corporate identity manual, ensuring visual consistency and professionalism.
• Production workflow begins with conceptualization based on provided briefs, with scope for service providers to propose their own methodologies.
• High-quality printing using suitable paper types to elevate institutional branding.
• Provision of stock images and Braille printing capabilities.
• On-site machinery and equipment with evidence of operational capacity (e.g., pictures of machinery).
• Delivery of materials within specified timelines, with regular review and reporting.

Skills Requirements

The tender stipulates that service providers must demonstrate:

• Experience in producing annual reports, braille printed products, booklets, and branded merchandise within the last three years.
• Provision of CVs and qualifications of key personnel, including:
• Account manager with relevant experience
• At least two graphic designers, each with a minimum of five years’ work experience
• Availability of printing and production machinery on site, with supporting photographs.
• Capability to produce high-quality, visually appealing, and accessible materials, including Braille.
• Adherence to CGE’s branding standards and ability to manage workflow from conceptualization to final printing.
