Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to undertake the end-to-end process of compiling, designing, printing, publishing, and producing the ATNS Integrated Report for the 2025/26 financial year. The service provider will support ATNS in delivering a comprehensive, accurate, and professionally presented report that aligns with applicable legislative, governance, and reporting standards, including international frameworks such as the IFRS and GRI standards. The report aims to communicate ATNS’s financial and non-financial performance, governance practices, sustainability initiatives, and strategic objectives to stakeholders, thereby enhancing transparency, accountability, and stakeholder confidence.

Scope

The scope encompasses the entire lifecycle of the Integrated Report, including:

• Content development and editorial support
• Design, layout, and graphic development
• Photography and imagery sourcing
• Copy editing and proofreading
• Printing and production of print and digital formats
• Publication and distribution, including digital platforms and online reports
• Project management and stakeholder engagement

The service provider must ensure the report adheres to the specified creative direction, branding, and reporting frameworks, and must support ATNS in meeting strict deadlines for approval and publication.

Technical Requirements

• Development of a comprehensive report structure aligned with the IIRC Framework and King IV principles
• Inclusion of sustainability disclosures based on GRI standards
• Design of a visually engaging report with infographics, charts, and high-quality imagery
• Production of both print-ready and digital publication formats, including an interactive online report
• Provision of professional photography of ATNS Board and Executive members
• Development of an online report website with approximately 25 pages, including content conversion and UX/UI design
• Implementation of quality assurance processes to ensure editorial accuracy, visual consistency, and compliance with standards
• Support in meeting reporting timelines for approval, publication, and distribution

Skills Requirements

The successful bidder must demonstrate:

• At least 10 years of experience in integrated, financial, sustainability, and governance reporting
• Proven expertise in report content development, editing, and coordination
• Strong graphic design and report layout skills, with experience in visual communication and multimedia design
• Capability to source and manage high-quality imagery and photography
• Experience in developing interactive online reports and web-based publication platforms
• Knowledge of international reporting standards such as IFRS, GRI, and King IV
• Ability to coordinate project management activities, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance
• Demonstrated capacity to meet strict deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs within budget
