The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified and experienced service provider to design, build, and set up exhibition stands for TCTA at the WISA 2026 Biennial Conference & Exhibition. Scope

The scope of work encompasses the following:

  • Design, build, and set up exhibition stands for the WISA 2026 Conference & Exhibition scheduled from 22–24 July 2026 at CTICC, Cape Town.
  • Preparation and setup on 21 July 2026, with breakdown on 24 July 2026.
  • Provision of a main stand structure, reception area with lockable storeroom, feature walls with branding, multimedia displays, meeting area, graphic and display elements, premium flooring, landscaping, and necessary infrastructure.
  • Incorporation of safety measures, stand cleaning prior to handover, and compliance with venue regulations.
  • Provision of technical requirements including structural walls, lighting, multimedia equipment, graphic panels, furniture, flooring, and electrical components.
  • Transportation of the stand to and from the site, as well as labor for build-up and breakdown.
  • Submission of artwork for approval, and provision of a portfolio demonstrating previous relevant work.

Technical Requirements

The appointed service provider shall provide the following:

  • Construction of main structural walls (6m) using Supawood or MDF cladding, spray painted or wrapped in vinyl.
  • Feature walls with custom branding, lighting, and infrastructure.
  • Electrical components including LED long arm spotlights.
  • Audio-visual equipment such as multimedia displays.
  • Large backlit graphic panels and circular graphic panels.
  • Furniture including four single-seater couches and two cocktail chairs.
  • Premium flooring finish covering the entire 18m² area.
  • Landscaping to enhance aesthetics and exhibition environment.
  • Pre-cleaning of the stand prior to handover, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Transportation, labor, and setup/breakdown services.

Skills Requirements

The bidder must demonstrate:

  • Experience in delivering at least two projects involving the provision of exhibition stands for corporate, government, or institutional clients.
  • Provision of reference letters or completed annexure demonstrating previous relevant work.
