BID DESCRIPTION APPOINTMENT OF ACCREDITED SERVICE PROVIDER/S FOR THE PROVISION OF MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS OF SECURITY INFRASTRUCTURE AND EQUIPMENT: ELECTRIC FENCE, GATE MOTORS, ELECTRONIC BOOM GATES, ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM, INTRUDER ALARM SYSTEMS AND SURVEILLANCE SYSTEMS ON A THIRTY SIX (36) MONTHS PERIOD FOR ERWAT HEAD OFFICE AND WATER CARE WORKS

SPECIAL CONDITIONS (SPECIFICATIONS AS APPROVED BY THE BID SPECIFICATION COMMITTEE IN TERMS OF PARAGRAPH 27 OF THE ERWAT SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT POLICY. This bid may be awarded to more than one bidder).

Bids will be evaluated in terms of mandatory requirements, functionality criteria and the provisions of the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2017.

ERWAT reserves the right to accept any bid or part thereof and does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any bid and not to consider any bid not suitably endorsed or comprehensively completed.

Bid proposals must be submitted in the original document and all the necessary information as requested must be included in the bid document attached as an annexed files. Bidders are required to submit all necessary compulsory documents with their Bid document. Failure to do so will lead to disqualification of the bid.

Any Bidding document received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.

Bidders are also advised to wear the correct PPE when attending briefing sessions at the water care works.

COMPULSORY SITE MEETING During the COVID 19 lockdown period, no briefing sessions will be conducted due to the social distancing provision. Bidders will however be allowed to request additional information relating to the scope of works. All queries must be submitted 10 days prior to closing date of tender as set out above. No queries after this date will be considered or addressed.
