The primary objective of this tender is to procure a training service provider to deliver a Clothing and Textile Training Programme for fifty (50) Community Work Programme (CWP) participants. The training aims to enhance participants' skills in clothing and textile production through practical, on-job training over a period of one (1) month across three provinces: Eastern Cape, Kwa-Zulu Natal, and Free State.
